For a wooden door we would recommend a sashlock or deadlock with a curtained key hole, 5mm anti-drill plate and four anti-drill rollers in the bolt head.

For a uPVC door we would recommend a lock designed to break at a specified point if placed under duress in an attempted break-in situation. By doing this the lock would render the break-in a failure and keep the property secure.
